Since childhood, I have always sought a higher purpose in everything that I experienced. Like most children, I was curious and eager to explore the wonders the world had to offer. I often found myself reflecting on the profound questions of existence: Who am I? Why am I here? What created the universe?

Connecting deeply with myself through yoga, breathwork, bodywork, psychotherapy, shamanism, and other holistic practices has been transformative. It began with a focus on my body and the sensations within it. These practices helped me quiet my mind and embrace the uncertainty of life. Through meditation, I learned the value of being present in each moment, finding peace amidst life's challenges. I discovered a profound link between my breath and how I experience life—each inhale and exhale a reminder to live fully. Over time, these practices not only helped me connect with myself but also fostered a deeper connection with the world around me.

Rule #1 of first aid—take care of yourself before you take care of others—continues to resonate with me as a lifelong lesson.

As I continue to explore life's mysteries, my curiosity remains ignited. Each new experience reveals more layers of life to learn, live, and love. The more I discover, the more I realize how much remains unknown, humbling me in the face of life's vastness.

The greatest lesson I have learned—and the one I am most passionate about sharing—is the transformative power of returning to love.
