I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including somatic experiencing, mindfulness techniques, nervous system regulation exercises, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. These tools are tailored to your unique needs and preferences, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and promoting healing from within.

Sessions typically last about 1 hour, and between sessions, I may suggest exercises and practices to further support your progress and integration.

Guidance sessions are bundles of 5 x sessions, with options to add on sessions. Sessions can be live or on-line as you wish.
